Jufran Helmi, PMP is a project management professional, practitioner, and trainer. He is also a Tony Buzan Licensed Instructor in Mind Mapping. He blends project management, creative thinking, and mind mapping in one package to make sure all project can be completed effectively and efficiently. He believes that only good project management guarantee the project to be effective, efficient, and safe. He believes that creative thinking shall be applied in all project management decisions and problem-solving when we want to get good project management. Finally, he believes that mind mapping is the best tool in the creative thinking.

30 years working experience in oil and gas companies -- as engineer, supervisor, superintendent, and manager -- he gained skills, tools, techniques, and lessons learned which are not only applicable for oil and gas facilities projects but also for those in other sectors such as power-plant, renewable energy, geothermal, agriculture, telecommunication, mining, transportation, infrastructure, and more.

He was certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute, USA. He was also certified as Tony Buzan Licensed Instructor (TLI) by ThinkBuzan Organization, UK.

He has a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and a master degree in Business Management from Sriwijaya University (UNSRI). Both in Indonesia.

His experience is mostly in project management -- in complete cycles: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, and closing. It includes engineering, procurement, construction, test, and commissioning phases.

He had several years joined in program and portfolio management team. He also had several years experience in operation management to manage the day to day oil and gas productions, well services, engineering, and maintenance.

He ever took engineer roles, specialized in mechanical, piping, and pipeline engineering.

He had ever demonstrated his capability as a school teacher in mathematics and physics.

Besides managing an international trading enterprise as the CEO, he currently serves a reputable energy company as a project management consultant. He also serves as a public trainer on Project Management, Project Leadership, Creative Thinking, and Mind Mapping.
