Jufran Helmi, PMP is a Tony Buzan Licensed Instructor in Mind Mapping. Even though he received the license to certify others as a Mind Map practitioners in February 2018, he already used the Tony Buzan’s Mind Map system since 23 years earlier for his daily work.

He is a project management professional, practitioner, and trainer. He was certified as PMP by Project Management Institute in 2013.

With almost 30 years working experience in oil and gas companies — as an engineer, supervisor, superintendent, and manager, he gained skill and knowledge in the field.

Since 1995, Jufran has integrated his daily activities with Mind Mapping. He applied Tony Buzan’s Mind Map in various cases of the work such as project planning, project reporting, risk management, stakeholder management, problem-solving group brainstorming, technical writing, system thinking, decision making, etc. He also applied Tony Buzan’s Mind Map in organizing the various meeting, making various presentations.

Since 2015, Jufran led his own company, an international trading enterprise. Again, he applied Tony Buzan’s Mind Map, especially in a business application in almost all CEO’s roles.

Now he is Tony Buzan Licensed Instructor (TLI), certified by Think Buzan. He is passionate about facilitating clients to meet their personal development and organizational goals.


Promoting global mental literacy, Jufran challenges individuals to think in a different way to improve creativity and innovation for themselves and their organizations.
